TERMS & CONDITIONS

The terms and conditions upon which the property will be let are as follows:

The let of the property is a holiday let granted for the purpose of allowing you temporary accommodation for a set period. In no way shall the let be construed to be an assured or short assured tenancy. You will vacate the property no later than the aggreed date.
The term of the holiday let will be as aggreed.
The rent to be paid by you will be as aggreed.
You will be responsible for telephone and breakages charges incurred during the period of the let.
You will be responsible for insuring your own personal belongings, which you introduce to the property.
You will undertake to keep the property in a clean, neat and tidy condition and to leave it in such condition upon the termination of the let. All furniture will be left in the rooms in which it is presently situated.
